I am willing to wager that each reader will answer this question differently depending on where you live, how old you are, how much wealth you currently have, how you see your own potential and what your goals and expectations are.
I also would wager that if you read this blog with any regularity you probably believe you are capable of doing better than you are now, you probably see the value in having more wealth and more financial security than you have now and you are willing to take some action to accomplish those goals if you feel confident your action will pay off.
How am I doing?
What I cannot predict or even know is specifically what your personal goals, aspiration and expectations are. I would love you to tell me. I would love for you to reply to this post below and let me know. I also know that a lot of people do not feel publically discussing that kind of thing – and that is fine.
What You Must Do
What may be more important though is that it does not matter what your goals and aspirations are – as long as you have them and are willing to learn what it takes to achieve them and then act on it.
Sounds simple, but it is not. My experience, and what I’ve observed about so many successful people, is that this is a lifelong effort. You do not get there over night. It takes reflection to know what you really want; it takes time and effort to learn what you need to know; and it takes more effort and persistence to use that knowledge to achieve what you want to achieve.
There is no doubt in my mind that you have that potential if you are willing to do those things: reflect, decide, learn and act.
Little by little, if you keep learning, and applying what you learn, you will build on this work and get there. So many others have and they’ve left these clues and lessons for us to follow.
So keep reading. Keep learning. Keep thinking and keep doing. Decide what true wealth is for you, learn how to get to it, and keep moving forward. It may not be easy but it really is that simple.
You Define Your True Wealth
I cannot tell you what true wealth is for you. Only you can determine that. That is really the first step – to determine what you wish to achieve. If you have done that great – you have taken the first important step. If you have not done that please do it now – think about where you want to be and what you want to have and accomplish. Formulate your goals and begin focusing on achieving them.
This is the path to true wealth – your true wealth.
