Rising Early

Benjamin Franklin taught the value of rising early and his life was good evidence of it. In fact most successful people tend to retire early and rise early in the morning. The early hours are quiet and peaceful. One is rested and has energy to do things. Most of us who rise early get more done during the first couple hours of the day than we may for many hours later as we are interrupted by phone calls, email and other people.
