Most financial advisors heavily push the need to have some kind of 401k or pension plan for retirement. What if you have
your work does not provide a pension and you have lost the prime early hears of 401k investments that grow a sizeable
retirement fund? Is it possible to retire without a pension or savings plan?

There are some alteratives to traditional savings and one of them is real estate. Like all investments it has its
undesireable aspects, many people do not like to be landlords for example. Like all investments it involves risk.

However if wisely and conservatively approached real estate investment is often a very successful way to build a passive income.
